Olha has a Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall Law School as well as Bachelor and Masters of laws from the National University Kyiv-Mohyla Academy in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Before immigrating to Canada, Olha worked as a corporate lawyer in Kyiv specializing in crossborder M&A, corporate real estate and tax law. In Canada, Olha had a successful career as a tax professional and a lawyer with a boutique firm in Toronto, practising in the areas of immigration and refugee law, family law and civil litigation.

Olha also works as a Student Coordinator of the Osgoode Business Clinic providing legal services to small business owners.

Olha has been involved in research projects with professors from Osgoode Hall Law School and Carleton University, worked as an Adjunct Professor at Osgoode Hall Law School and was a Visiting Lecturer at Kyiv School of Economics teaching MBA course on Legal and regulatory Issues of Data Analytics and AI. 

Olha practices in the areas of immigration and refugee law and family law. She is fluent in English, Ukrainian and Russian and is an active member of the Ukrainian community in Canada.
