Delfina Brancato holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, graduating with honours, as well as a Bachelor’s degree and a Specialization in Environmental Law from the University of Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina. During her studies, she participated in an exchange program at the University Panthéon-Assas in Paris, France, where she deepened her expertise in international environmental law.
Delfina’s career highlights include serving as a legal advisor for Argentina’s Ministry of Environment, coordinating the 2018 G20 Buenos Aires Summit-Climate Sustainability Working Group, and consulting for the Commission for Environmental Cooperation (CEC) in Montreal, QC. She has authored publications on environmental law and has contributed to workshops and conferences across Canada, Argentina, and France. Her ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory challenges is strengthened by her experience working with government agencies, international organizations, and private stakeholders.
Currently, Delfina is training in immigration and refugee law and is preparing to practice as a full-fledged lawyer in 2025. She is committed to advocating for individuals and families, offering compassionate support as they navigate Canada’s legal system.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and proficient in French, Delfina connects with clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, helping them navigate complex legal processes with care and understanding.
When she’s not practicing law, Delfina enjoys spending time with her young family and exploring nature through long walks.
